Senior Recruitment Consultant – Leeds
Location: Leeds City Centre | Office based 5 days per week
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Commission: Up to 40%
Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong billing history and the ambition to build and grow your own desk?
We are working with an established and growing recruitment business based in central Leeds, specialising in Trading, Web3, Engineering and AI, with clients across the UK, US, Europe and Asia.
They are looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant with at least 3 years’ recruitment experience, ideally with a billing history around £200k. Recruiters from other sectors will also be considered if they have a proven track record and the drive to develop a new market.
The Role
You will take ownership of your own desk, developing clients, winning new business and building long-term candidate relationships.
You will:
- Build and grow your own recruitment desk
- Develop new business and client relationships
- Source and manage candidates through the recruitment process
- Work across UK and International markets
- Develop your own specialist market
About You
You will be an experienced recruitment consultant with:
- 3+ years’ recruitment experience
- Strong billing history, ideally around £200k
- Confident with business development and client management
- Commercially driven and self-motivated
- Ambitious and keen to build a siccessful desk
- Specialist sector experience is advantageous but not essintial
