About the Role
A highly successful high-end independent agency is seeking to expand its presence across the North. With a strong foundation in permanent recruitment, the agency aims to open a new office in a northern location. This is an opportunity for a successful 360 recruitment consultant with a minimum of five years’ experience to build a client network and recruit a team of like-minded individuals.
Initially, you will work from home, focusing on establishing your operation and locating a suitable office. You will receive support from the founder and CEO, who is committed to advancing the company to the next stage. This expansion is grounded in delivering excellent service, fostering strong relationships, and adopting a truly consultative approach.
