Salary: R40,000–R60,000 basic/month (negotiable DOE) + generous commission

We’re recruiting a standout Recruitment Team Leader for a Cape Town office (prime central spot near the Waterfront). This is with a rapidly expanding agency in the Renewables & Energy sector, backed by international expertise and entering a thrilling growth phase.
The Role
- Hybrid setup: 4 days in-office, Fridays from home – following standard UK hours.
- Lead and mentor recruitment teams.
- Drive SA market business development.
- Support UK/Europe operations.
- Full 360° recruitment cycle.
- Flexible role – moulded to your strengths in client acquisition, delivery, or leadership.
About You
- Strong 360° recruitment experience.
- Proven skills in managing teams and projects.
- Background in engineering, infrastructure, or construction recruitment.
- Deep SA market insight is essential.
