Recruitment Consultant – Perms – Nottingham
Salary: Basic from £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
About the Role:
Our client is an expanding independent generalist recruiter in Nottingham.
The next stage of their growth is to enhance their permanent recruitment offering with an experienced recruitment consultant. This is an exciting time for the business as fees continue to grow, and the team builds. They have a mature approach to KPI management and are more interested in outputs than inputs.
As the team builds there is an opportunity to develop your own team if you aspire to do so, although if you don’t want to manage that can be accommodated also.
About You:
You will be an experienced recruiter, ready for a new challenge. You should be able to demonstrate consistent billing in the sector, in which you are currently recruiting.
