Recruitment Consultant – Nottingham
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission

We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established recruitment agency in Nottingham that specialises in construction recruitment across the UK. Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for an experienced 360 Consultant to join their team and help expand an already successful desk.
About You
You will be an experienced recruitment consultant with:
- 2–3 years of agency recruitment experience (construction sector preferred)
- A consistent billing history with recent strong performance
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Ambition, drive, and the desire to grow with a supportive team
