Meet the team: Aggie Lubinska
Tell us about you – how long have you been in recruiting and what is your focus?
I started my recruitment career in 2007, right after completing my postgraduate studies in HR Management and Recruitment. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience across various recruitment sectors. I’ve done a bit of everything – internal and external recruitment, fast-paced temp roles, and international permanent placements. Lately, I’ve been focusing on rec2rec, helping recruiters find their next great role. I really enjoy building strong relationships and making sure both clients and candidates get exactly what they need.
Why did you join Round?
I joined Round because I was impressed by the company’s values, that align with my own, and also the way of work. It feels like a place that’s all about people and doing things the right way. It seemed like a great fit for me to keep growing and contribute to something exciting.
What is one crazy thing you like to do?
I’m all about embracing new experiences—traveling to new places, soaking up different cultures, and enjoying diverse foods. Adventure keeps life exciting for me
One piece of advice…
Be open to changes. Recruitment changes all the time, so being open to new ideas and really understanding people will always give you an edge.
