Our Process

Initial Contact - initial contact will be made by you contacting us through direct approach , advert response or Website contact section. On occasion we may also approach you prompted by recommendation or search.

Telephone Screen - We will arrange a mutually convenient time for an initial confidential telephone discussion to understand In outline terms your requirements and to explain our proposed approach. At this point we will also ascertain your eligibility to work within the UK.

Live Video Interview - In order to gain an in depth understanding of your experience to date, reasons for seeking a new opportunity and a better understanding of you and your values we will arrange a mutually convenient time for a face to face discussion. We will happily arrange this outside of normal working hours if required and anticipate it will take about an hour of your time.

Action Plan - We will agree a detailed action plan which includes minimum frequency of contact and any other expectations that are relevant.

Completion - We will continue representing you until you have secured an appropriate opportunity or a change in the agreed action plan has been made.
