Tell us about you – how long have you been in recruiting and what is your focus?
I have been in recruitment for around 12 years now, working across various sectors including industries, commercial and healthcare and now Rec2Rec.
Why did you join Round?
I joined Round because their values genuinely aligned with how I believe recruitment should be done .
What is one crazy thing you like to do?
One thing I would like to try is the longest zip line in the world which in located in South Africa. It’s 2 miles long and riders ride in a Superman style reaching speeds 75-93miles per hour. Speeds which would possibly result in a driving licence ban in the UK.
One piece of advice…
Be kind, it doesn’t cost anything. Treat people with the same level of respect that you’d expect from others.
What are you looking forward to in 2026?
I’m looking forward to continued growth in 2026. Both personally and professionally. Growing in my career whilst making the time to enjoy life outside of work too.
