The opportunity offers the individual the chance to use their extensive experience to build their own team and operating model. Personal and subsequent team fee performance will be handsomely rewarded, and the necessary support will be available, as this is seen as a crucial strategic step.
About You:
You will be a highly experienced professional services or engineering recruiter, with a proven track record of operating at a senior level. A track record of “retained” recruitment would be a huge asset but is not essential. The key here is that the individual will be comfortable operating at the senior end of the market.
You will also possess both the ability to work initially on a stand-alone basis, plus the desire and aptitude to build a team. This opening might also suit a “ready-made” team wishing for more autonomy to develop their own offering.
