Position Overview:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward. You will leverage your extensive experience in recruitment to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic recruitment solutions.

· Source, assess, and present top-tier candidates to clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

· Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, offering industry insights and guidance throughout the recruitment journey.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial recruitment, with a proven track record of success in a senior consultancy role.

· Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
