Exciting news – Round joins 1% for the Planet!
We have exciting news. Round has joined 1% for the Planet. What does this mean?
1% For The Planet is a non-profit initiative that helps businesses to contribute financial support to grassroots environmental charities. Each annual donation is audited, checked, and certified by 1% For The Planet to ensure that it makes a difference to our planet.
Through our 1% for the Planet membership, Round will be donating a minimum of 1% of our annual sales to the environment, whether or not we are profitable.
We know that we can do more together than we can do alone. 1% provides a mechanism for us to channel our funding to a range of partners on the ground. A global and growing network of individual and business members, 1% for the Planet commits to tackling some of our planet’s most pressing environmental issues.

Poll time
Our latest poll has been our most popular. Round Founder Geoff Sims ran a thread on LinkedIn on the two essential traits of a top recruitment consultant. He asked industry experts for their views so that we could narrow down a top-four and use them as a base for the poll. The thread was also open to his almost 30 thousand-strong network on LinkedIn.
So – are we on the path to finding the holy grail? Here’s what we found.

I think we need all of the above to succeed, being resilient for any knockback helps to pick you up, being honest is important on a daily basis, listening to your candidates & clients needs, and you are never too old to learn.
