Job Description:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in the industrial sector, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent. Leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to client management and onboarding. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and requirements, providing tailored recruitment solutions to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates in the industrial sector.
- Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conducting thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate submissions, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful placement and onboarding of candidates.
- Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
