  • Manage the recruitment process from client onboarding to the offer/fulfilment stage.
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
  • Identify, build and develop mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates
  • Attract and onboard new clients and candidates through marketing, business development, and networking
  • Advising the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
  • Meeting or beating targets for bringing new business leads or conversations

Our client is offering a starting salary of £28,000-£32,000 excluding bonuses and commission with a range of great incentives, excellent training and tech-stack, inclusive team working culture, and full support to ensure you can be a success.
