Tasks
· Manage the recruitment process from client onboarding to the offer/fulfilment stage.
· Sourcing and interviewing candidates
· Negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
· Identify, build and develop mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates
· Attract and onboard new clients and candidates through marketing, business development, and networking
· Advising the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
· Meeting or beating targets for bringing new business leads or conversations
Requirements
· Experience within the recruitment sector as we know that experience and personality provide people with all the skills they need to succeed and build a professional and billing career, full of unlimited progression opportunities. Benefits
· Our client is offering a starting salary of £30,000 to £36,000 excluding bonuses and commission with a range of great incentives, excellent training and tech-stack, inclusive team working culture, and full support to ensure you can be a success.
