Senior Consultant – Manchester
Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + uncapped commission
We are recruiting on behalf of a client who seeks a skilled Senior Consultant with experience managing full-cycle recruitment within the construction sector. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and placing a wide range of construction professionals – from engineers to Project Managers – across national and regional contractors and developers.
What you will be doing:
- Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, placing candidates, and providing ongoing support.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates to ensure excellent satisfaction and retention rates.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to expand your client base and drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry and market trends to provide expert advice.
You will have the autonomy to develop your own desk and manage a team, backed by strong support from senior management.
