You will be asked to open a new office and quickly build a team. The sector you have experience in is flexible and you can personally focus on the area where your expertise will add most value.
What you will be doing:
- Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in suitable roles and providing ongoing support.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients throughout the North West.
- Candidate Engagement: Attract, interview, and match candidates to suitable positions, ensuring a high level of candidate satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand their client base and drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in the sector and area.
